Each pizza is handcrafted and baked in our wood-fired Marana Forni pizza oven at a piping hot 700 degrees. Our special recipe is slowly proofed over 24 hours and yields a stronger, less doughy crust than the Neapolitan pies you may be familiar with. Our Northern Italian pies can properly hold a variety of gourmet ingredients while still bragging a crisp, thin crust.
Marana's Pizza is open for lunch and dinner, both in our dining room and out on the patio.
